Hier sind also schon 2 bzw. 3 Jahre vergangen. Genug Zeit um Teilschulden einzutreiben. Die Zahlen sehen sehr gut aus:

finbee-collection-process-2019-5

Mein aktuelles Finbee Portfolio:

Guten tag. Benutzen Google-translate.

You are selling some loans on Finbee-cz. There are loans which are: a) late b) your price is +20% (!!). For example, loans to borrower „hepicek“. Do you honestly think that someone will buy them?

+20% even for non-late loans is greedy. Be realistic even if you are a millionaire.

    Hello Arnoldas,
I have 435.877,20 CZK of Loans in default. The Loans in default I cannot sell and these are the bad ones.
The Loans that are now on the Secondary Market are the good ones because there are not in default yet.
I calculate the Price of the Green Loans that the Buyer have a Yield of 15-16% p.a. I think thats fair because I have a negative return all in all on Finbee CZ!
But for the Yellow Ones there is unfortunately no calculate yield so I put 20%.
„Helpicek“ for example has 9 Payments already and is now 8 Days overdue.
But you are right, the yellow ones have to be cheaper. In the future I will only put the green ones to sell.

Thank you for your input 🙂

Hello, Andreas. Thanks for quick reply.

>But you are right, the yellow ones have to be cheaper.
I have seen many „yellow“ loans sold on multiple platforms. In my opinion 90% of investors won’t buy yellow loan even with no premium (+0%). Personally I become curious only if a yellow loan comes with 5-10% discount.

>Yield of 15-16% p.a. I think thats fair
I will be very surprised if someone buys *green* loans from you with 15-20% premium. Yellow with such a premium is a deal even more unlikely to happen. Of course it’s your loans and you set the price.

In case you are interested in my situation numbers are below. Finbee-cz is a big dissapointment for many Lithuanians as well:
On time 19,398.27 Kč
Late 2,360.37 Kč
Arrears 1,604.65 Kč
Default 22,523.50 Kč

And in case you put green loans on sale with 2-3% premium I’ll buy some 🙂

    Hello arnoldas,

You are right. Very few Investors are interested in yellow Loans. But its a big different if a Loan have 1 Payment and is now yellow or if it has for example 10 Payments and is yellow.
If I see such Loan I would buy it even with small Premium when I see that there are more then 10 Payments already and the Interest Rate is about 30%. Because more Payments the lower the probability of default.

I have already sold 2 green Loans with 4,5% Premium today. So it was not fruitless.

The Problem for me is not necessarily the high default rate, but that the collection is as good as not available so far. There are Loans with over 1 Year of default and it seems nothing happened. Maybee it took longer to collect as in Lithuania. I hope so.

Your Portfolio is as bad as mine Portfolio. We can only hope for good Collection 🙂

But I want to emphasize that with Finbee Lithuania I am very satisfied. This topic is only for Finbee in the Czech Republik.

The user who bought was „arju“. It’s me 🙂 You can check it in the Excel file (Home page -> Downloads -> SM transactions).

Yes, Finbee-lt is obviously better. What I hate is that in Lithuania Tax institution takes 15% (this year it was raised to 20%) of income tax and doesn’t allow the default loans to be deducted. For example, you have received 1000 eur in interest, but you have 2000 in default loans. It is super unfair to pay the income tax in that kind of situation…

I know that for foreign residents like you Finbee-lt deducts income tax automatically. And how does German Tax institution act in such situations (let’s say, German citizen and German platform)? Does it allow to make income tax smaller if you have many defaults?

Oh „arju“ is you. I did not know that. I saw you buy sometimes in the past my Loans. Thank you 🙂

In Germany it is similar. If I have defaults in my Portfolio I can not deduct it to decrease my tax rate. They say it is still not a loss because it is for example possible in 10 Years that a customer could pay.
It is only possible if I would sell default Loans with Discount. Then the German Tax Authority say that this is really a loss and I can reduce my Income tax.

Unfortunately I can still not sell default Loans on Finbee. So I have to pay Taxes even though I have many losses on finbee CZ.
